English Teacher

(Full-Time) Job Description:

• Teach General English, Business English, English for Kids.
• Prepare supplementary teaching materials when needed.
• Write progress reports on kids’ learning development.
• Ensure a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Motivate students to achieve their learning goals.

Work Schedule:

• 5 working days/week:
• 3 weekdays (10:00–19:00 / 11:00–20:00, as scheduled by the company)
• Weekends (09:00–18:00)
• 2 days off/week (Monday + 1 other day determined by the company).

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s Degree in English Education/English Literature or TEFL/TESOL certificate.
• At least 1 year of teaching experience (teaching non-Indonesian students is a plus).
• Strong English proficiency (IELTS 7.0+, TOEFL iBT 100+, or TOEIC 950+ preferred).
• Able to teach both kids and adults (including professionals aged 30–50).
• Open-minded, adaptable, and willing to work with Japanese.
