Cluster Operations Manager

PT. BRAZILIAN BBQ INTERNASIONAL is a fast-growing Food & Beverage company with an international restaurant concept, currently operating 4 branches in Bali. We are seeking committed and professional individuals to support business growth through innovation, strong leadership, and operational excellence. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient, consistent, and sustainable operations across all 4 branches while strengthening our competitiveness in the dynamic F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operations across 4 branches according to company standards and SOPs.
• Ensure achievement of sales, profit, and branch KPIs.
• Lead and develop Branch Managers and operational teams.
• Maintain service quality and customer experience.
• Control manpower, inventory, assets, and operating costs.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report branch performance.
• Drive improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
