HSE Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Compliance & System Implementation

• Ensure all HSE procedures align with Indonesian government regulations (K3LL) and international Oil & Gas standards.
• Translate client HSE requirements (ITT/Contracts) into clear internal operational protocols.
• Maintain and update the company’s HSSE management system to support future bid submissions.

1. Bidding & Tendering Support

• Actively assist the commercial team during the bidding process by preparing HSE methodology, risk assessments, and compliance matrices that reflect local client expectations.
• Ensure all pre-qualification documents meet client-specified HSE criteria.

1. Team & Field Coordination

• Supervise and mentor the in-office HSE Officer (administrative & reporting tasks).
• Remotely coordinate and monitor HSE Officers located at multiple outer-island bases to ensure consistent safety standards and reporting.
• Conduct regular communication checks (via calls/VC) to ensure field issues are escalated and resolved promptly.

1. On-Site Verification & Travel

• Conduct frequent business trips to outer-island bases to perform physical site inspections, audit HSE implementation, verify field conditions against reports, and provide on-ground guidance to base HSE Officers.
• Identify gaps between office policies and actual field practices, and report back with actionable improvement plans.

1. Reporting & Communication

• Serve as the primary HSE liaison for internal management and external client representatives.
• Maintain proactive, open communication with all stakeholders—ensuring no information gap between the office and field operations.

Education

Minimum D3 in Engineering or Health/Safety disciplines.

Age

Maximum 50 years old.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of hands-on field experience in HSE (Oil & Gas/Petrochemical sectors preferred).

Certification

Hold a valid Oil and Gas K3LL Certificate (Sertifikat K3LL Migas).

Medical

MCU (Medical Check-Up) result dated less than 1 year from application date.

Knowledge

Strong, proven knowledge of HSSE principles, risk assessment, and Indonesian safety regulations.

Language

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (native proficiency) and English (written & spoken) – mandatory for client correspondence and bid documentation.

Travel Availability

Willing and physically able to travel frequently to outer-island bases for site inspections and audits.
