Qualifications
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum GPA of 3.00
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Table)
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
- Detail oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Able to work accurately and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily financial transaction recording and data entry
- Support invoice, payment, and reimbursement administration
- Verify and organize financial documents
- Assist in preparing simple financial reports
- Coordinate with the Finance team and related departments
- Support other finance-related administrative tasks
