Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Supervise daily finance, accounting, and tax activities.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and payment processes.
• Review financial transactions, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Prepare and review accurate and timely financial and management reports.
• Ensure tax calculation, reporting, and compliance are properly managed.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and support the finance team to ensure effective and efficient operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently and meet deadlines.
