Live Streaming Operator

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Operate and standby during live streaming sessions, providing technical support to ensure smooth broadcasts.
2. Make sure products to shopping carts, monitor promotions, and manage stock availability during the live sessions.
3. Manage daily studio operations, including checking and preparing equipment before broadcasts.
4. Brief and assist hosts in monitoring live comments to engage viewers and maintain lively interaction, and monitoring the host live performance.
5. Collect and report customer questions and issues raised during sessions to help improve company services.
6. Lead and manage the host team to achieve company targets and performance goals.

JOB REQUIREMENT :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Communication, Business Management, or related fields.
2. Minimum 2 years experience as a live streaming operator, preferably in e-commerce.
3. Willingness to work flexible and changing schedules.
4. Proficient in operating live streaming equipment and platforms. And analysis the dashboard data.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to improvise during unexpected situations.
6. Good knowledge of live streaming systems and broadcasting platforms.
7. Detail-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure.
8. Placement in Cengkareng, West Jakarta
