🚀 WE’RE HIRING — BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE / SENIOR

📍 Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta 🏢 Industry: Finance Consulting 🕐 Employment Type: Full-time with probation

🔎 What you will do :

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and strategic partners
• Understand clients’ business and financial needs and connect them with relevant consulting solutions
• Develop business proposals, presentations, and client pitches
• Conduct market research and identify potential growth opportunities
• Collaborate closely with the consulting team to deliver tailored solutions to clients
• Manage the business development pipeline and achieve agreed targets

🔎 What We’re Looking For

• Relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Relationship Management, Consulting, Financial Services, or related industries
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience for the Senior level is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Commercially aware with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Strong relationship-building skills and a high level of ownership
• A genuine interest in finance, consulting, and business growth

💰 Salary negotiable ⏱️ 4 days WFO (Work From Office) & 1 day WFA (Work From Anywhere) ✅ Permanent Position with probation duration
