Senior PHP Laravel Developer

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services for enterprise applications.
• Design, develop, and implement microservices-based architectures to support scalable and highly available systems.
• Develop modular, reusable, and maintainable backend components following software engineering best practices.
• Integrate applications with internal and external systems through APIs, messaging systems, and third-party services.
• Design and optimize database structures, queries, and transactions using MySQL/PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Implement authentication, authorization, data validation, logging, and application security best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, performance, and integration issues.
• Perform code reviews and ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
• Support CI/CD implementation and deployment processes across development, staging, and production environments.
• Prepare technical documentation, API documentation, and system architecture documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a PHP Developer, Backend Developer, or Software Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel Framework.
• Proven experience designing and developing Microservices Architecture.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API development, API integration, and backend architecture.
• Good understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, OOP, and clean code practices.
• Strong experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, including query optimization.
• Experience with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, or Redis is preferred.
