Job Description:
- Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and related network devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and other network equipment.
- Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and connectivity to ensure stable network operations.
- Perform network troubleshooting and resolve connectivity, routing, switching, and performance issues.
- Configure and manage VLAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPN, and basic routing protocols.
- Conduct network health checks, preventive maintenance, and regular configuration backups.
- Support network implementation, migration, expansion, and infrastructure improvement projects.
- Analyze network incidents and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
- Maintain accurate network documentation, topology diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting records.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and service providers for network-related issues and projects.
- Ensure network infrastructure follows company security, availability, and operational standards.
- Provide technical support for network-related incidents and escalations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer, Network Administrator, or in a similar networking role.
- Must have a valid Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
- Hands-on experience with network devices such as Cisco routers and switches.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPN, and subnetting.
- Knowledge of routing and switching concepts and protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, or BGP is preferred.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Basic understanding of network security, including firewall, access control, and VPN.
- Able to perform network troubleshooting and root cause analysis independently.
