Project Manager

Job Description : Overall control and monitoring of projects' operations, budgets & key personnel staffing Plan, schedule and track project timelines Ensure efficient use of manpower, equipment, material and resources on site Ensure high level of site safety and housekeeping Manage and control good quality of work Managing subcontractors to ensure tiimely delivery and good quality of work Liaise with clients, consultants, subcons and etc Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PEB/IES Preferably with experience in both public and private projects Able to lead and work independently Good technical knowledge and interpersonal skills Able to manage and drive subcontracting work
