Working Arrangement: Wednesday to Sunday - 9am to 6pm Position: Florist Prince's Landscape is looking for a creative and hands-on Florist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be involved in creating and customizing floral arrangements, developing new floral products and concepts, and supporting customers with their floral needs. You’ll also contribute to product costing, promotional activities and the day-to-day operations of our flower shop. Role Duties/Key Responsibilities Prepare floral arrangements including bouquets, hampers, grandstands, wreaths, table-top arrangements and other floral designs. Design and execute customized floral arrangements based on customer requirements, themes, colour palettes and specifications. Develop new floral products, designs and concepts for retail and online platforms. Support customer engagement and floral product-related activities, including enquiries, orders and promotional content, and other general administrative duties as required. Support basic costing and pricing of floral products, with consideration for material, packaging, logistics and other associated costs. Key Requirements Relevant experience or knowledge in floristry, with hands-on ability to create and customise a variety of floral arrangements. Strong creative ability and an eye for design, with an interest in current floral trends and new product concepts. Good communication and customer service skills, with confidence in handling customer enquiries and orders. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, with good attention to detail in maintaining records. Basic knowledge of floral product costing and pricing is an advantage.
