Guest Relations & Concierge Specialist

🌴 WE ARE HIRING — GUEST RELATIONS & CONCIERGE SPECIALIST 📍 Remote | Bali 💼 Full-time | Flexible Schedule 💰 IDR 4,500,000–5,000,000/month + Upsell Commission Responsibilities

• Manage guest communication through online booking platforms and messaging apps
• Handle guest requests, complaints and problem-solving
• Coordinate with operations teams and service vendors
• Promote and sell concierge services and other upsell opportunities
• Maintain guest records and prepare basic reports

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hospitality or guest relations experience
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience with online booking platforms and messaging apps
• Strong communication, sales and upselling skills
• Proactive, responsible and detail-oriented
• Good knowledge of Bali services and vendors is a plus
