Production Manager

Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate daily production. Ensure all products consistently meet standards. Enforce food safety, personal hygiene, sanitation, cleaning, temperature control, and HACCP procedures. Monitor production costs, yields, ingredient usage, wastage, spoilage, and losses while implementing cost-saving measures.

Inventory management, Documentation & Reporting to the CEO. SOP Compliance.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of HND. 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
