PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Supervise work activities and implement standard process, quality, maintenance and safety procedures during production to ensure efficient operations. Coordinates with the Department Head and prepares reports with regards to the operation, maintenance and repair of plastic moulding machines and related equipment. Monitors production from time to time. Distribution of manpower and production schedule per machine. Conduct performance evaluation of production personnel such as regular and agency employees. Take charge in the absence of the Department Head. Make analysis and provide preventive actions of all CPARS in the Department with regards to non-attainment of QPI and customer complaints. Prepares production job offer.

Qualifications/Requirements: Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, or related course. With 2-3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing or plastic moulding. Knowledgeable in production operations, machine maintenance, and quality standards. Proficient in MS Office; willing to work on shifting schedules.
