BUILDING/GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Managing and overseeing all maintenance and repair activities across the facility, including but not limited to buildings and grounds Supervise and coordinate with department head regarding the standard operating procedures in the production and BGM/GS. Overseeing and managing facility budgets, making financial decisions related to facility operations and Controlling operational costs and ensuring efficient resource allocation. Managing approved project scope of works with vendors and service providers. Planning for future facility needs, including upgrades, renovations, and space planning. Ensures that all related KPI such as Timeliness, Machine Availability, PM Compliance and PM Effectiveness are attained and achieved. If not, proper RCA should be done to correct such, to avoid repetition.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. With years of experience in Facilities, Building, and Grounds Management or related roles. Knowledge of safety regulations, facility management systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and preventive/corrective maintenance. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage vendors, contracts, budgets, and multiple projects. Strong decision-making and analytical skills. Certifications in Safety, Energy Management, or Facilities Maintenance are an advantage.
