Japanese Lounge Manager

This is Japanese speaking lounge.

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a lounge, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and a positive guest experience. This includes supervising staff, managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, manage staff, inventory, lounge performance, maintaining a clean and organised space, while also contributing to sales and customer satisfaction.

Our customers are mostly Japanese, therefore Japanese conversation and writing skills are required.
