Sales & CS Supervisor

📋Requirements:

• 3–5 years in Sales / Customer Service
• Min. 1–2 years in Supervisor / Team Leader role
• Experienced with CRM & customer data
• Familiar with Shopee, TikTok Shop & Live Selling
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Softlens/contact lens user preferred 👀
• Retail / beauty / fashion / optical experience is a plu.
• Fluent in English is a plus

• Lead & develop CS, Sales & Live Host team
• Drive sales target & team performance
• Manage CRM & customer journey
• Build customer retention & repeat order
• Monitor Marketplace, Live Selling & Offline Store
• Handle customer complaints & escalations
• Collaborate with Marketing & Operations
