BIM Specialist

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing 2D engineering drawings using AutoCAD.

Learn and develop 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

Support engineers in producing structural and civil engineering drawings.

Update and revise drawings based on engineering feedback.

Ensure drawings comply with company drafting standards.

Organize and maintain project files and documentation.

Participate in internal BIM training and continuous learning.

Collaborate with engineers and project teams to deliver quality project documentation.

Requirements:

Minimum of an HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.

0–2 years of relevant experience. NYSC members who have completed service or recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in an engineering consulting firm is an advantage.
