BAKER (GENERAL)

Bakery Technician The Bakery Technician is responsible for delivering technical expertise and value creation at the flour end-user level within an assigned territory. Primary responsibilities include: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with customers, develop customized solutions including recipe formulation and process optimization, and execute comparative product demonstrations to prospective and existing end-users. Provide technical training and skill development sessions to customers and stakeholders, emphasizing current baking industry standards and innovations. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to perform on-site product troubleshooting, implement corrective measures, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical outcomes.

Qualifications/Requirements: Qualifications Graduate of any four-year course and preferably with a certificate or diploma related in Baking Science or TESDA NCII certification in Bread and Pastry Production Proven experience in leading technical baking demonstrations or teaching sessions. Willingness to travel within the Mindanao Region.
