American Supply Chain Group (ASCG) – Alexandria Office Hiring: Procurement & Tendering Engineers (U.S. Account) About Us: American Supply Chain Group LLC (ASCG) is a leading U.S.-based spare parts supplier serving the oil & gas and power generation sectors across the U.S., Kuwait, and Oman. Our Egypt Office operates as the engineering and tendering hub, managing technical studies, supplier relations, and bid submissions for major governmental and industrial clients. Job Description: We are expanding our U.S and Gulf Accounts' Team and seeking four female engineers with a Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering background to join as Procurement & Tendering Engineers . Key responsibilities include: Reviewing, analyzing, and understanding technical requirements from end users. Conducting comprehensive searches through existing data and online sources to identify suitable technical matches. Evaluating supplier quotations to select the most technically and financially competitive offers. Managing the full tendering process—from inquiry to submission and follow-up—with the goal of maximizing award success rates. Maintaining clear, professional communication with clients throughout all project phases. Assisting in client support, clarifications, and documentation preparation. Working hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Egypt time) . Saturday is the designated weekly day off. Employees will participate in a rotational Friday work-from-home schedule and a regular Sunday work-from-home schedule, subject to business requirements and management approval.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering . Female applicants only. Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential for email and call-based client communication. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle fast-paced tasks with high accuracy and efficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams , SharePoint , and other Microsoft Office applications . Knowledge of Power BI or experience using AI tools for work optimization is an advantage. Minimum one year of experience in procurement, tendering, or technical office roles preferred, but fresh graduates with excellent communication and research skills are encouraged to apply.
