customer service representative - call centre

As a Customer Service Representative, you?ll help create a positive experience from the moment a customer calls or walks through the door to the time they pick up their vehicle.

This job will include:

• Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional service
• Answering phones, responding to customer inquiries, and scheduling appointments
• Creating and maintaining customer repair orders
• Communicating with customers about vehicle repairs, timelines, and costs
• Providing updates on repair progress and following up with customers as needed
• Coordinating vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
• Working closely with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
• Helping resolve customer concerns in a professional and positive manner

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Charlottetown, PE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
