Property Manager

Location: Weston-Super-Mare

Salary: £29,000 without ARLA | £30,000 with ARLA & £1,000 salary increase on successful completion of ARLA

Hours: Monday–Friday: 8:30am–5:30pm Saturday: 1 in 4–5, 9:00am–1:00pm

Driving licence: Not required

ARLA qualification fully funded

The Role

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Property Manager to join our team in Weston-Super-Mare. You’ll be responsible for managing tenancies from move-in to move-out, handling maintenance, coordinating contractors, carrying out inspections and ensuring properties remain compliant with legal and safety requirements. You’ll be a key point of contact for landlords and tenants, keeping communication clear and ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally. Previous property experience is welcome but not essential — full training and support will be provided, along with a fully funded ARLA qualification.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tenancies from move-in to move-out
