Restaurant Assistant Manager (Front)

Pasta Brava is a well-known company among food connoisseur for its authentic Italian food. We are looking for an individual who is able to manage the company finances, implement IT solutions to smoothen the company processes and uplift the digital brand of the company.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily smooth operation of department.

• To give traning and guide for junior staffs.

• To follow the all Company's rules and regulation.

• Control the food cost and quality.

• must be able to speak Italian language to greet customers.

• must have Italian restaurant working experiences.

• must have knowledge of Italian Menu and wine.

• Able to work under pressure.

• Good attitude

• Must be able to work with team and take responsibility.
