Senior Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to lead and oversee complex engineering projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, engineering design, and team leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including designers, contractors, and clients.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Conduct technical reviews and risk assessments to ensure project quality and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions to challenges encountered during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff to enhance team performance.

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Minimum 10 years of experience in construction industry in both interiors and civil works. Knowledge of MS Projects / Primavera is required. Working knowledge of ACAD and ACONEX is preferred
