Service Engineer
Location:
- Plot J1-J2, Thang Long Industrial Park, Dong Anh District, Hanoi
- VSIP Nghe An, Thanh Vinh, Nghe An, Vietnam
Description:
- Provide on-site technical support for chip production at client factories, ensuring machinery up time and process stability
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production line equipment
- Monitor machine performance and respond to breakdowns in a timely manner (24/7 shift support)
- Collect & analyze operational data; propose improvement solutions.
- Collaborate with client teams in cleanroom environment.
Requirement:
- University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and repair of production machinery (experience in semiconductor/chip production lines is a strong plus)
- Strong analytical skills - ability to synthesize data, evaluate root causes, formulate actionable solutions.
- Basic Chinese communication skill for daily on-site coordination
- Willing to work shift (with rotation) to ensure 24/7 support
