Senior Executive, Customer Service

Roles & Responsibilities: This role supports PIL's Group Commercial Agency Management, Singapore Agency Customer Service department Ensure bookings comply with global standards, local requirements, and contractual obligations. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to resolve booking issues and optimize outcomes. Support agency and HQ initiatives such as digital booking adoption and system improvements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Logistics, or related field. At least 3-5 years of customer service or operations experience, preferably in shipping or logistics.
