French Teacher

Job Description

An international school located in Erbil, Iraq, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic French teacher to join our Languages Department. We offer a supportive and dynamic environment where students are encouraged to develop their language skills through the Cambridge curriculum at the elementary/primary school level.

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective French lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum.

Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and language development.

Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and contribute to school activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum qualification of diploma in education or related field.

At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or bilingual setting.

Strong command of the French language with excellent communication skills.

Ability to create interactive lesson plans tailored for young learners.

Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum is highly desirable.
