What You’ll Do Deliver engaging, creative and inclusive lessons that inspire every learner to achieve their full potential. Plan, teach and assess a broad and exciting Design & Technology curriculum, adapting learning to meet individual needs, including those with SEND. Create a safe, stimulating and well-resourced learning environment where curiosity and practical problem-solving thrive. Use assessment effectively to monitor progress, celebrate achievement and provide targeted support for students who need it most. Develop students' literacy, numeracy, digital and employability skills through meaningful Design & Technology projects. Promote independence, resilience, teamwork and confidence through practical learning experiences. Build positive relationships with students, families, colleagues and external agencies to support outstanding outcomes. Contribute to wider school life, curriculum development and continuous school improvement. About You PgCert Education or equivalent with DT Experience required Delivers consistently high-quality teaching and has high expectations for every student. Can engage and motivate learners with diverse needs and abilities. Understands the importance of inclusive education and effective differentiation. Is a reflective practitioner who is committed to continual professional development. Driving licence required About Us Jubilee School is an independent special school in Waterlooville, supporting students aged 5–16 with SEMH and complex needs.
