*Job Description*

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused *Food & Beverage Servers* to join our team. As a server, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests.

*Responsibilities*

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus and provide detailed knowledge of food and beverages
• Take accurate orders and deliver food promptly
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle concerns efficiently
• Upsell menu items and promote specials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
• Process bills and handle payments
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff

*Requirements*

• Previous serving experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Smart Serve Certification (required or willing to obtain)
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Availability on evenings and weekends

*Preferred Skills (Bonus)*

• Knowledge of South Indian cuisine
• Multilingual (Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, etc.)
• Basic bartending skills
