What You’ll Do:
- Record and check daily financial transactions (cash, bank, AP/AR, petty cash) 🧾
- Help prepare monthly financial reports based on accounting standards with supervisor guidance
- Handle bank reconciliation and AP/AR reconciliation
- Assist with tax reporting (VAT, PPh 21 & 23, and monthly tax reports)
- Monitor cash flow and budget usage 💰
- Keep financial and tax documents well-organized and properly filed
- Support the implementation of Finance & Accounting SOPs
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth financial operations 🤝
- Assist during internal and external audits when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Finance 🎓
- 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax (fresh graduates are welcome!)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, etc.)
- Familiar with accounting software like Accurate or ERP systems is a plus
- Basic understanding of PSAK, VAT, and Indonesian tax regulations
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Tax Brevet A & B is a plus ➕
- Willing to be placed in Cempaka Putih, Jakarta Pusat
- Can join ASAP 🚀
