Position Title : Import-Export Specialist

Position Summary

Essential Responsibilities and Duties Review of import and export documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments Track accuracy of documentation and verify compliance. Update import and export systems as needed or locally defined in the assigned country Liaise with customs and local authorities on daily operational issues. Ensuring all import and export duty tariff codes are correctly applied to incoming and outgoing shipments. Support compliance with customs requirements. Support regulatory self-audits for compliance with the latest customs regulations. Keep customs documents in proper filing, maintenance and retention systems. Build customs knowledge for local organizations in the country.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Procurement or Business Administration Must have at least 3-5 years of experience – preferably in Oil & Gas Working knowledge of SAP is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Procurement or Business Administration Must have at least 3-5 years of experience – preferably in Oil & Gas Working knowledge of SAP is a plus Knowledge of logistics rules, regulations and processes Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
