Key Responsibilities
- Perform live singing sets according to the scheduled performance hours.
- Prepare and perform a suitable repertoire for a restaurant and bar environment.
- Create a warm, enjoyable, and engaging atmosphere for guests.
- Interact appropriately with guests while maintaining professionalism.
- Take song requests where appropriate and within the agreed repertoire.
- Coordinate with the management and sound/technical team regarding performance requirements.
- Ensure all equipment and performance area are properly handled and kept tidy.
- Maintain punctuality and be ready to perform at the scheduled time.
- Adjust performance style and volume according to the venue and guest environment.
- Work closely with the restaurant and bar team during events, promotions, and special occasions when required.
- Follow all venue policies, safety requirements, and management instructions.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a singer or live performer, preferably in a restaurant, bar, hotel, or entertainment venue.
- Good vocal ability and stage presence.
- Able to perform a variety of music genres suitable for different audiences.
- Professional, friendly, and presentable personality.
- Comfortable performing in front of guests.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
