Field Service Engineer $2.9K - $3.2K + $1200 Allowance + Variable Bonus (up to 3 months) Locations: East / North / West (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Key Duties

• Set up, maintain and upgrade equipment at customer fab sites
• Identify equipment faults and perform repairs, calibrations and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical issues on advanced wafer processing systems
• Analyse system parameters and equipment behaviour to support process development work
• Use specialised jigs and tooling on service assignments
• Support Senior Engineers on higher-level tasks including robot teaching and sub-unit servicing
• Write technical service reports and maintain maintenance records
• Join weekly team meetings and present technical findings
• Partner with customers and internal teams to meet service commitments

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Microelectronics Engineering
• No prior experience required — comprehensive training provided
• Practical skills in machine setup, installation, modification, servicing and repair
• Cleanroom or semiconductor fab exposure is a plus
• Solid fault-finding and problem-solving ability
• Clear communication, good documentation habits and a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Works well both within a team and directly with customers
