About the company

NSTORY PTE. LTD. is a Singapore-based F&B and retail technology company founded in 2012. We build and operate integrated POS (NPOS), digital signage CMS (NSIGNAGE), and table-ordering solutions for restaurant and retail chains across Singapore, Malaysia and the region.

Your tasks

• Lead the software development team and own the technical roadmap for NPOS, NSIGNAGE CMS and table-ordering products
• Architect, develop and review cloud-based, multi-tenant software and APIs, including POS, payment and third-party integrations
• Drive development of new products, including Linux-based CMS player software and sensor-driven interactive signage
• Set engineering standards for code quality, security, testing, release management and system reliability
• Manage cloud infrastructure, data security and support SLAs, working with support and sales teams on customer projects
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies, including AI tools, to improve products and development productivity
• Hire, mentor and evaluate developers; plan resources and delivery schedules

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• At least 10 years of software development experience, including 5+ years leading development teams
• Strong experience in full-stack/backend development, databases and cloud platforms
• Experience with POS, payment, retail/F&B systems or digital signage is an advantage
• Proven ability to deliver commercial software products from design to deployment
• Good communication skills for working with customers and partners across the region
