We are looking for an experienced US based, HSE Manager to take full ownership of health, safety and environmental on a large-scale Data Centre project worth circa $200 M + outside of Indianapolis.

This is a key leadership role where you will drive strategy, influence culture and ensure best-in-class safety standards across complex, fast-paced DATA CENTER Projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the project-wide EHS strategy and management systems.
• Ensure full compliance with US & International legislation, directives and industry standards.
• Provide leadership and direction to site-based EHS teams, including Advisors and Officers.
• Partner with Project Directors and senior stakeholders to embed a strong safety culture
• Oversee risk management processes including RAMS review, permits to work and high-risk activity planning.
• Deliver training, inductions, and toolbox talks.
• Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage client and external stakeholder relationships in relation to HSE compliance and audits.

What we need to see from applicants

• Extensive experience in an EHS leadership role within construction projects specifically Mega Watt Data Centers.
• You will have exposure to the full array from CSA, MEP & Commissioning phases
• NEBOSH
• Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders
• Prior US experience in this field for a PMC or General Contractor physically building the facility
• Up to $215,000 Per Annum
