ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (DIGITAL MARKETING AGENCY)

Responsibilities:

• Fostering good relations with both new and existing clients, including understand client needs and handle the negotiation (proposal) process.
• Handling day-to-day activities with clients in relation with project control and monitoring.
• Presenting and demonstrating the digital campaign ideas & estimating budget to clients and prospective clients.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Expanding networks to achieve revenue target.
• Handle reporting and client invoice.
• Initiate brief, meeting and brainstorming sessions with internal team.

Requirements:

• Female
• Bachelor Degree preferably in Marketing, Communication or relevant.
• Min. 1-3 years experience as a professional Junior/ Account Executive in Advertising Agency.
• Energetic, strong communication and negotiation skill, willing to work flexible hours.
• In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platform.
• Hands on experience with Social Media Management, KOL/Influencer Marketing, SEO/SEM, Media Placement (Performance Ads) and CRM software.
• High confidence to work with all level peers and clients.
• Well in presenting and communicate ideas and reports across division and clients.
• Proficient both speaking and writing in English.
• Having can do attitude and detail oriented, adaptive in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
• Willing to commute to our office in South Tangerang area.
