PRODUCTION & OPERATIONS MANAGER (MANUFACTURING)

Responsible for the overall management of purchasing and production control operatio in Production Control and Planning Division

Qualifications/Requirements: Possess extensive knowledge of motor components (such as electronic and mechanical parts) and their manufacturing processes, with the ability to negotiate delivery problems when issues arise. Possess extensive knowledge of motor components (such as electronic and mechanical parts) and their manufacturing processes, with the ability to negotiate cost reductions with suppliers. Understand mold design and manufacturing processes, and possess the ability to manage mold schedules effectively. Have a proven track record in a management role leading purchasing and production control teams. Possess solid knowledge of purchasing and production control, along with Japanese language proficiency sufficient for conducting discussions with the Japanese headquarters. Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as expertise in continuous improvement (Kaizen). Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling smooth interaction with individuals at all levels of the organization.
