Description Of Job

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install and maintain electrical items.
• Co-ordinate with NMC, Power Vendors and Engineers for Maintenance.
• To observe all health and safety procedures/ standards.
• To take reasonable care for the safety and health of themselves and others who may be affected by their acts.
• To co-ordinate with management in the promotion and maintenance of health and safety measures.
• To consider job combination while on client sites.
• Quality workmanship.
• Rectify or Remove all potential electrical hazards.

Other Duties And Responsibilities

• To ensure strict adherence of company’s H, S &W and absolute rules at all times.
• To report and document any incident or accident occurred.
• Follow safety and hazardous instructions before start of work.
• Ensure a clean Environment.
• Ensure clean working sites.
• Ensure presence of Electrical safety equipment on site e.g. Fire buckets, Fire Extinguishers, etc.
• Ensure compliance to acceptable standards of workmanship.
• Carryout Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Routine Maintenance (RM) as well as Corrective Maintenance.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Monitor PM”s ( Preventive Maintenance), RM’s (Routine Maintenance)
• Monitor Diesel filling at sites.
• Generator Maintenance.
• Driving duties.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Maintenance of Company tools and resources.
• Prompt and appropriate reporting (Written and Verbal)
• Proactive and self motivated team player.
• Abide by safety and health procedures at all time.
• Meeting the KPI specifications

Qualification Required & Experience

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Ability to ride a motor bike
• Driver’s License.

Experience

Three years experience in power Generation, Power Wiring, and Direct current devises.

KNOWLEDGE

• Good Knowledge of installation procedures in the GSM field.
• Ability to use appropriate testing tools and apply test installation procedures.

• Computer literate (Microsoft Windows & Microsoft office).
• Team worker.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Safety awareness.
• Trainable
