Grooming Artisan

We are looking for a Grooming Artisan to join our cat grooming team. The role is responsible for providing safe, professional and quality grooming services while ensuring the comfort and welfare of cats throughout the grooming process.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cat grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, clipping and styling.
• Assess cats’ coat condition, temperament and grooming requirements.
• Handle cats safely and appropriately throughout grooming.
• Communicate grooming recommendations and observations to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper upkeep of the grooming area, tools and equipment.
• Follow company grooming SOPs, safety standards and cat handling practices.
• Work closely with Grooming Assistants and outlet team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support other reasonable operational duties when required.

Requirements

• Prior professional cat grooming experience preferred.
• Relevant grooming certification or training is an advantage.
• Confident and patient in handling cats of different temperaments.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays based on roster.
• Responsible, team-oriented and attentive to cat welfare.
