Your tasks
- Supervise the cleaning team and ensure daily cleaning duties are completed according to the required standards.
- Plan work schedules, assign cleaning duties and arrange manpower coverage when necessary.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all assigned areas are clean, hygienic and well maintained.
- Guide and train cleaners on proper cleaning methods and the safe use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Monitor staff attendance and work performance, and report any manpower or operational issues to management.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, arrange replenishment and report equipment faults promptly.
- Liaise with clients or site representatives, follow up on feedback and resolve cleaning-related issues.
- Ensure the team follows workplace safety procedures and uses appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Carry out hands-on cleaning duties when required.
- Perform other related duties assigned by management.
