Key Responsibilities of the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional analyses
Design and Oversee function-based behavior intervention plans
Supervise and support behavior-analytic services
Train and mentor staff and caregivers in ethical, evidence-based ABA practices
Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary partners
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with payer and company standards
Professional Skills and Qualifications
Active BCBA certification
Experience working with children with autism
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage priorities effectively while maintaining clinical quality
