Accounting & Tax Staff

Mutiara Harapan Islamic School is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounting & Tax Staff to support our Finance team in managing accounting records, financial transactions, and tax-related activities. The ideal candidate has a good understanding of accounting and taxation, strong attention to detail, and is able to work accurately in a fast-paced educational environment. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle daily accounting activities, including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Prepare and manage tax-related documents and reports.
• Assist with monthly and annual tax compliance, including calculation, payment, and reporting.
• Ensure accounting and tax documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
• Assist with PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 25/29, and other applicable taxes.
• Support the preparation of tax invoices and related documentation.
• Assist during internal and external audits by providing required documents and information.
• Monitor changes in accounting and taxation regulations relevant to the organization.
• Perform other accounting and tax-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and/or taxation.
• Good understanding of Indonesian accounting and tax regulations.
• Experience in handling tax calculation, payment, and reporting.
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Brevet A & B certification is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available to join immediately.
