Kindergarten Teacher Assistant

Requirement :

• Bachelor's Degree in Education is preferred, but final year students majoring in education with substantial experience working with young children may also apply.
• Proficiency in teaching using active learning methods and processes to engage young learners effectively.
• Strong English language proficiency, both in speaking and writing, to facilitate communication and instruction in an English-speaking environment.
• Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with the teachers and other staff members to support curriculum planning and student development.
• A basic understanding of child development principles and early childhood education practices.
• Excellent organizational skills to assist in classroom setup, materials preparation, and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment.
• Located in Pangkalpinang is preferable.

Jobdesc:

• Help maintain order and discipline in the classroom by assisting with behavior management strategies and ensuring that students follow rules and routines.
• Assist the lead teacher in delivering lessons by preparing materials, setting up activities, and providing one-on-one or small group instruction to students who need extra help.
• Monitor students during various activities, including recess, lunchtime, and field trips, to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and stimulating classroom environment by arranging materials, setting up bulletin boards, and creating displays of student work.
• Ensure that the classroom environment is safe and clean, and may help with basic first aid and hygiene tasks.
• Help with administrative tasks such as taking attendance, photocopying materials, and organizing paperwork.
