group home manager

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Group Home Supervisor to join our residential team supporting individuals with developmental and behavioural needs.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can support and guide frontline staff while ensuring a safe, positive and client-focused environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in developmental services, residential care, group homes or a related field
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting individuals with complex behavioural needs
• Comfortable providing staff direction, coaching and accountability
• Strong documentation skills
• Valid driver?s licence and reliable transportation
• Vulnerable Sector Check
• First Aid/CPR

Schedule:

Full-time 9:00 a.m. ? 9:00 p.m. shifts following a continental rotation.
