WAITER (GENERAL)

Welcome customers upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and provide menus while explaining daily specials or promotions. Listen carefully to customer orders, including any special requests, and accurately relay these orders to the kitchen staff. Deliver meals and drinks to tables promptly and ensure that all orders are correct and presented well. Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience, periodically check on their satisfaction, and address any inquiries or complaints professionally. Present bills to customers, process payments accurately, and handle cash and credit transactions. Keep the dining area clean and organized, reset tables for the next guests, and assist with general cleaning tasks as needed. Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure efficient service and communication regarding customer needs and special requests.

Qualifications/Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with guests and provide excellent service. Ensure accuracy in taking orders and serving food and beverages. Ability to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays or plates. Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
