Temporary Handyman

Our client, a global IT company based in the heart of the city, is requiring some holiday cover from the 22nd of September to the 10th of October. Covering 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Friday, a total of 9 days) Weekly Compliance Tasks: -Check RCD's -Lighting checks (light fittings and switched) -Check TMV's -Flushing unused outlets -Check building general workplace safety -Inspect staircases, handrails, and walkways for hazards -Ensure all safety signs are visible and legible -Look for trip hazards (e.g., loose cables, uneven flooring) -External checks for damage (windows, doors, drainage) -Fire Alarm Tests
