Job Description We are passionate about coffee. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our café in Punggol. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of coffee preparation, a friendly demeanour, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional means.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment.
• Crafting a variety of delicious beverages according to recipe with precision and consistency.
• Be knowledgeable about the current beverage trends, offerings and preparation techniques.
• Ensure food safety in accordance with the food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstation and seating areas.
• Maintain stock inventory and restocking supplies.
• Collaborating with team members and contributing to a positive working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art skills are a plus.
• Possess outgoing personality to interact with customers.
• Positive attitude and team player mentality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a valid food hygiene certification
