Site Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced site supervisor to lead on-site stone installation works for luxury residential and commercial projects in Dubai.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on site foreman with extensive UAE experience in marble and natural stone installation.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and supervise daily site installation of marble, travertine, and large-format porcelain (dry cladding, wet methodology, floors, walls, and bespoke features).

Ensure top-tier craftsmanship: precise jointing, alignment, book-matching, cutting, and finishing/polishing.

Read and accurately interpret architectural shop drawings, stone layout plans, and cut-lists.

Manage site workers and subcontractors, enforcing strict project timelines and safety/HSE standards.

Coordinate effectively with main contractors, consultants, and project engineers on site.

Requirements

More than 6 years of experience as a site foreman specializing in stonework in the UAE.

Previous experience working directly for a specialised marble/stone company.

Deep technical knowledge of natural stone (marble, travertine) and porcelain handling, dry/wet fixing techniques, and chemical treatments.

Strong leadership skills and ability to manage site teams under pressure.

Good working knowledge of English (required for daily site coordination).
