Field Mobilisation Officers

Responsibilities:

Mobilise eligible young people within and around your assigned institution or community. Explain the programme and encourage eligible individuals to participate. Assist participants to complete their registration using their mobile phones. Ensure registrations are completed accurately and successfully. Follow up with individuals who have started but not completed their registration. Work towards achieving daily and weekly registration goals. Submit daily activity and registration reports. Work with the project team to support successful programme mobilisation.

Requirements:

Be a recent graduate, unemployed graduate, NYSC member, or young person seeking work. Live within or close to the assigned university, polytechnic, college of education or community. Be confident approaching and speaking with people. Be friendly, energetic and comfortable engaging young people. Have a smartphone and be comfortable using mobile applications and online forms. Be organised and able to keep accurate records. Be motivated by achieving goals and working in a fast-paced environment. Be available to work in the field within your assigned location.

Location: Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Ekiti, Ondo and Osun States Remuneration: NGN  80,000 – 120,000 Monthly + applicable allowances/incentives
