As a Key Account Manager in the Toys/Games industry, based in South West London, you will play a vital role in maintaining and growing relationships with key clients. This position focuses on driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the sales department, working closely with Product/Design/Marketing in a cosy, game-filled office. Client Details My client is a leading designer, manufacturer, and distributor of games and gift products, supplying major retailers across the UK and internationally. Description Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts to ensure long-term partnerships. Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet client needs and achieve sales targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability while meeting customer expectations. Provide regular updates and reports on account performance and sales metrics. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Hands on to deal with delivery of products and support the wider team Profile The successful Key Account Manager will: Be a creative thinker, collaborative and must strongly value a teamwork-driven environment Some experience managing/supporting on key accounts, ideally within the games/toys or transferrable industry. Strong collaboration and negotiation skills with a results-driven, yet open mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build client and team relationships. Capability to analyse market trends and use insights to inform strategies. Proficiency in preparing and delivering impactful presentations. Organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
